Our engineers carry a comprehensive stock of spare parts, so we are able to repair a printer on-site at the first visit with minimum disruption to the customer. This results in a 96% first time fix. Recalls to the same fault are free.

We deliver a service that is second to none because we have an on going training programme that keeps our engineers, customers services and other key staff up to date with constant changes in our industry.

We charge a fixed call-out charge which includes unlimited labour no matter how long the repair takes. You will be pleased to hear that the repairs carry a three month warranty. This service is excluding all parts and if parts are required then the printer may not be fixed on the same day. However, there are no additional charges for return visits.
