We are currently experiencing an issue which is affecting both inbound and outbound calls over our IAX platform. Our engineering teams have been altered to this issue and are currently investigating the cause of the problem. Further updates will be posted once information has been made available.

Over the next few days we will be migrating our inbound VOIP pipes. Due to this action you might experience issues with receiving inbound calls. We will keep this post up-to-date with all the latest information on this issue.

All customers should be aware that we are currently experiencing capacity issues. We have lost one of the lines into the VOIP hosting facilities. We are working with our provider to get this fixed as soon as possible. We will post updates as soon as we have more information.
