Click on the 'Chat To An Engineer Now' button on the left of the page which connects you to one of our UK based support people for an 'on line' chat. Before you make any commitment they will give you an estimate for the work you require. (or call 01785 878217 Option 2)
Step 2 - Buy Your Remote Support Units

If you wish to go ahead and you haven't already purchased your support units you can purchase the correct plan from here. If you are not sure then the engineer can assist you.
Step 3 - We Fix Your Problem
|
If you have chosen a remote support option we connect to your computer and fix your problem safely and quickly. We then confirm the time taken and deduct the appropriate number of Units from your account. Any remaining Units can be used in the future. If we can't help we will not deduct any Units and we can arrange an on-site visit if you wish.
