CareFree Computing

CareFree Computing is based on a three tier service model which starts for as little as 23p/day. The CareFree model ensures that we visit your home as little as possible. In this way we can keep your maintenance costs as low as possible.

The three tiers are shown on the right.

Visit	Visit is our top package and is needed when you have a fault which cannot be fixed by remote control. This visit package allows us to come to your home and fix your problem.
Install	The install service builds on the remote connectivity package and allows us to install software and patches for you remotely.
Remote	Our remote services allow us to connect to your PC and take control. This is a global service so you can protect your laptop anywhere in the world

The CareFree system allows you to pick and choose the services you require from any of the tiers. This allows you to set the costs to your budget.
