Planned Mail Server Outage

Please note that the mail servers will be offline at 19:00 today (30/12/09) for a platform reboot. All mail servers will be offline for 5 mins.

You may continue to work normally with your “offline” outlook client. It will re-connect once the mail servers are restored.

Withdraw of Managed Update Service

Please note that from 1st Jan 2010 will start to remove the managed service from all our contracts.

If you have a monthly contract then this will take effect on your next payment cycle.

For those on annual contracts it will take effect on your next renewal.

This does not effect any other part of your support agreement.

then don’t worry, you’re not alone. Looks like this is a widespread issue, courtesy of Microsoft. Hold tight, don’t make any changes at your end. I’m sure Microsoft are aware of the issue and will have it resolved soon.

Is a great review of the perils of jumping on board now. HD_DVD and Blu-Ray springs to mind. Its a real shame that there’s just isn’t one file format and 1 open standard for reading novels.
