Supporting CallerID

We are now fully supporting CALLER ID for the prevention of SPAM. For those domains we support we will be adding the records over the next few days.

Outlook 2010 Support Issue

If you are running Outlook 2010 please do not enable conversation view as this may lead to Outlook 2010 to crash.

At the moment we have no working fix to this issue.

New SLA Agreements

Currently e-mail support has an SLA agreement of 2 days. You can decrease this to 1 hour and you also get the following benefits:

Guaranteed Response time of 1 hour to issues raised in the Dedicated Support Forum
Unlimited POP3 Mail collection (mail collection through pop3 3rd party servers is not checked for Virus and Spam)

Office 2010 Support

Changes to the POP3 Collection Schedules

From today will be changing the mail collection times for POP3 collections to 10 min intervals during the working weekday and 30 min during the weekend.

We are also now supporting gmail and hotmail mail collections.

New FAQ's added

Mail Server Upgrades Advance Notification

There will be a upgrade of the CareFree Mail server on Saturday 3rd October at 9pm. The server will be down for approx 30 mins during this period. At the end of upgrade you will be prompted to upgrade your connector.

Mail now quicker to deliver

The mail server changes have been completed and you will now find that mail delivery times have been improved by up to 50%

SPF Records Enhancements

Just a quick warning that we will be adjusting the SPF records that we require for domains which use the mail server. For domains which we manage these changes will be completed for you automatically.

If we do not have admin access to the domains then please ensure this has been corrected 23:59 on Sunday evening (20/9/09).
